My name is Kim Kirby, and I am learning what it means to live as a citizen in God’s kingdom. I have been a Christian for 21 years, so this has been an ongoing journey for me. I became specifically interested in Jesus’ talk about the kingdom, however, about four years ago, when it finally hit me that He was not just talking about heaven. Since then, my life has been a continual experiment in walking in the light of His reality instead of what the world tells me is real. This blog is a way for me to continue that exploration of reality and to get insight from other citizens seeking to live fully for God.
I am married to a wonderful man, Greg, who has served God as a minister for almost ten years. I have two children, Luke and Anna, who, along with Greg, teach me more about living in God’s Kingdom than all the blogs and books I could ever read.
